Honorable Dr. Bruce D. Jette

Dr. Jette was confirmed by the United States Senate as the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology (ASA(ALT)) on December 20, 2017, and sworn into office on January 2, 2018. In this position, he serves as the Army Acquisition Executive, the Senior Procurement Executive, the Science Advisor to the Secretary of the Army, and the Army’s Senior Research and Development official. He also has principal responsibility for all Department of the Army matters related to logistics.

LTG Ostrowski

Lieutenant General Paul A. Ostrowski

LTG Ostrowski graduated from the United States Military Academy in 1985. He earned a Master of Science degree in National Resource Strategy in 2006. He graduated from Joint and Combined Warfighting School at the Joint Forces Staff College in 2000. Additionally, he earned a Master of Science degree in Systems Acquisition Management at the Naval Postgraduate School in 1996. Ostrowski has more than twenty-five years of experience in acquisition, operational, and Joint assignments. He currently serves as the Principal Military Deputy to ASA(ALT) and Director of the Army Acquisition Corps.

Mr. Jeffrey White

Mr. Jeffrey White

Mr. White advises ASA(ALT) and Army leadership on all matters relating to Army acquisition, procurement, research & development and logistics. He participates in the development of policies, programs and processes for the execution of the Army’s acquisition efforts. Prior to this position, he served as Vice President of Business Development at Siemens Government Technologies, Arlington, VA. In this role he was responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing market strategy, and providing business intelligence to senior leadership as well as managing federal engagement opportunities with US Government customers.

ASA (ALT) Sergeant Major

SGM Garza

Sergeant Major Jacinto Garza

SGM Garza entered the U.S. Army on 19 September 1996 and completed Basic Combat Training at Fort Sill, Oklahoma and Advanced Individual Training at Fort Lee, Virginia as a Supply Specialist (92Y). His previous senior leader roles include: Battalion Command Sergeant Major for the 43D Special Troops Battalion; Brigade Command Sergeant Major for the 4th Infantry Division Sustainment Brigade; the CJ4 Sergeant Major in support of the Combined Joint Task Force Operation Inherent Resolve with the 18th Airborne Corps and the CSM for the 8th Theater Sustainment Command, Fort Shafter, Hawaii.
